Laura Estrada earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology at the University of Minnesota Duluth, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. With a profound connection to the military community as a wife of an Army veteran and family member of military service members and veterans, Laura understands the unique struggles that come with serving our country and has developed a deep appreciation for working with service members and veterans from all military branches.
Laura’s genuine nature, empathy, integrity, and deep understanding allow her to connect with clients on a profound level while providing them with a supportive space to explore their thoughts and feelings. Her focus on trauma, childhood disturbances, and both individual and couples counseling, allows Laura to tailor her approach to the client’s specific needs. Together, Laura and the clients develop strategies to overcome challenges, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling life.
