Meet Our Founder and CEO

Dr. Christina Jackson has more than two decades of leadership in mental health, higher education, and community service. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University, a M.A. in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago, and a Ph.D. in Urban Education-Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management.

Her leadership has guided the organization’s expansion into telehealth, strengthened collaborations with schools and nonprofits, and advanced efforts to reduce the stigma around mental health.

She previously served as Associate Professor at Adler University, where she taught and mentored graduate students for over a decade. Her administrative leadership included serving as Interim Program Director, Faculty Council Chair, and Founder and President of Adler’s AAUP Chapter, where she championed academic quality, shared governance, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. She also served as an Accreditation Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission, helping institutions nationwide strengthen academic excellence and compliance.
